Later in the evening, we’ll gather again on the lawn in front of Hoover High School along Seventh Street for our annual community celebration. This family-friendly event will feature live music, food vendors, face painting by the Hudson Jaycees, a 50/50 raffle, children’s activities and much more. And, of course, we’ll get ready to light up the night sky just after dusk with a spectacular fireworks display!
Bring your blanket, family and friends to this most patriotic of celebrations! All activities will take place on the lawn of Hoover High School along Seventh Street Northeast. Parking is available at Hoover High School. Please note the lot next to the stadium along Seventh Street is closed to ensure everyone’s safety during the fireworks.
Starting at 7 p.m., The Half Fast Band will take the stage. Journey back in time with us as this local trio plays all of your favorite rock hits from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s.
